Featured in this listing is a full 4 ounce bottle of KemFx’s Flip Flake Holographic Metal Flake of our choice. Flip Flake Holographic Metal Flake is a specialty metal flake where specialpolymers are metallized, coated, micro embossed to givethem a unique “holographic” effect of shimmering rainbow color. These Holograhic metal flakes look incredible when mixed with Kandy color, or use with our IC100 or IC101 intercoat clear for best effect. Available in standard 1/125th size (.008 inches) and the larger 1/64th (.015 inches) for even greater sparkle. When spraying 1/125th sized Holographic metal flake. A gun equipped with at least 1.5 mm tip is required for proper material control. Guns equipped with at least 1.8 mm tips are best for application of 1/64th sized flake.

Delaware REQUIRES LOW VOC automotive coatings. However, Delaware has an exception in section 11.1.2.2 stating “where the use or application of that coating or cleaning solvent is by a person who does not receive compensation for such use or application”. In other words, our understanding from the rule is that if you are paying a painter to paint your vehicle then have to use LOW VOC coatings but if you are not paying someone to paint your vehicle then you can use the standard non-LOW VOC materials.

However, Maryland has an exception in section 2 of rule 26.11.19.23 stating “An automotive coating applied to motor vehicles or mobile equipment or their associated parts and components by a person who does not receive compensation for the application of the coating.” In other words, our understanding from the rule is that if you are paying a painter to paint your vehicle then they have to use LOW VOC coatings but if you are not paying someone to paint your vehicle then you can use the standard non-LOW VOC materials.
