This listing features a your choice of a 25 GRAM or a 2 OUNCE bottle of UreChem ClassicFx Blue Green Pearl Powder.

ClassicFx Pearls are true mica based pearlescents where various layers of metal oxides are deposited on refined mica substrates to create a wide range of colors with beautiful pearl sparkle effect. This class of pearlescents have been used in automotive color stylings for decades. Combine with our IC-100 or IC-101 (sold in a separate listing) for best effect or can be added to many existing automotive colors including candy colors to create one of a kind effects

California

Most of California REQUIRES the use of LOW VOC automotive coatings. However, the following districts DO NOT require the use of LOW VOC coatings when applied in these districts; Amador County APCD, Calaveras County APCD, Great Basin Unified APCD, Lake County AQCD, Lassen County APCD, Mariposa County APCD, Mendocino County AQMD, Modoc County APCD, Monterey Bay APCD, North Coast Unified AQMD, Northern Sierra AQMD, Northern Sonoma County APCD, Siskiyou County APCD, Tuolumne County APCD

Our LOW VOC product is NOT required.

Connecticut

Our LOW VOC product is NOT required.

Delaware

Delaware REQUIRES LOW VOC automotive coatings. However, Delaware has an exception in section 11.1.2.2 stating “where the use or application of that coating or cleaning solvent is by a person who does not receive compensation for such use or application”. In other words, our understanding from the rule is that if you are paying a painter to paint your vehicle then have to use LOW VOC coatings but if you are not paying someone to paint your vehicle then you can use the standard non-LOW VOC materials.

Hawaii

Our LOW VOC product is NOT required.

Maryland

Maryland REQUIRES LOW VOC automotive coatings. However, Maryland has an exception in section 2 of rule 26.11.19.23 stating “An automotive coating applied to motor vehicles or mobile equipment or their associated parts and components by a person who does not receive compensation for the application of the coating.” In other words, our understanding from the rule is that if you are paying a painter to paint your vehicle then they have to use LOW VOC coatings but if you are not paying someone to paint your vehicle then you can use the standard non-LOW VOC materials.

LOW VOC IS REQUIRED if you are painting Buses & Mobile equipment AND emit more than 15 lbs per day VOC (spraying 2-3 gallons per day).

Most of Utah DOES NOT require LOW VOC automotive coatings. However these counties DO REQUIRE LOW VOC for facilities that use a combined 20 gallons or more of coatings and solvents per year: Box Elder, Cache, Davis, Salt Lake, Tooele, Utah, and Weber Counties
