Up for sale is a half pint (8 ounces) of Candy Concentrate. We recommend candy concentrate be used to tint and enrich existing basecoat or candy colors. We don’t recommend they be used to make candy colors from scratch since candy from concentrates does not last as long as our standard EKU, EKB, or KGC series candy colors.
NOTE: Automotive paints, such as those represented on this site, can be hazardous to your health, and as such, require specialized equipment and training to use properly and safely. These products are designed for use by professionally trained autobody painters with proper personal protective equipment (PPE) in an approved spray booth and are not recommended for at home or "do it yourself" type applications.

Many states, counties, and/or municipalities have regulations regarding the application of low volatile organic compound (VOC) paint. The states shown in red below currently require the purchase of low VOC paint, but it there are other areas with regulations.

I mixed 2 of these Candy Concentrates into Arctic Blue Metallic Basecoat, shot it over a silver metallic sealer, added Ice Blue Glass Pearl to the first 2 coats of Glamour Clear and got an excellent deep looking paint job that started fading within a few months outside every day. Since then I’ve learned the EKU Candy is catalyzed and will last a while longer, but I’m not sure I’ll risk it again. I’m preparing to repaint without candy. Looking at FireFlake Kandy Metal Flake this time around.
