This listing features a GALLONof UR-010, UR-011 or UR-012 UreChem Urethane Grade Reducer.
UreChem urethane reducers are optimized with a blend of organic solvents to balance flow with sag resistance. Great care is taken to eliminate contaminants such as water and alcohol which can be very detrimental to urethane finishes. UreChem reducer is the only reducer approved for use in UreChem finishes. Quarts are available in a separate listing.
Note: Fast reducer is available only in quarts. If you order a gallon of fast reducer you will receive it as 4 quarts.

Most of California REQUIRES the use of LOW VOC automotive coatings. Our LOW VOC product is NOT required.
Delaware
Delaware REQUIRES LOW VOC automotive coatings. However, Delaware has an exception in section 11.1.2.2 stating “where the use or application of that coating or cleaning solvent is by a person who does not receive compensation for such use or application”. In other words, our understanding from the rule is that if you are paying a painter to paint your vehicle then have to use LOW VOC coatings but if you are not paying someone to paint your vehicle then you can use the standard non-LOW VOC materials.

Our LOW VOC product is NOT required.

Maryland
Maryland REQUIRES LOW VOC automotive coatings. However, Maryland has an exception in section 2 of rule 26.11.19.23 stating “An automotive coating applied to motor vehicles or mobile equipment or their associated parts and components by a person who does not receive compensation for the application of the coating.” In other words, our understanding from the rule is that if you are paying a painter to paint your vehicle then they have to use LOW VOC coatings but if you are not paying someone to paint your vehicle then you can use the standard non-LOW VOC materials.
